VOLUNTEERS KEEP THIS TRACK MAINTAINED
As a RC car racing Club, Everyone Chips In. On race days, casual track days, or your days off, club members have small tasks that we do to keep the rc car race track in good condition. We require that everyone does a small part to increase the quality of the track surface and racing experience.
- Picking Rocks from the track, and placing them well outside the track perimeter and outside the marshalling areas. This is easy and very important.
- Sweeping the track of stones and sticks. There are brooms in the shed for use any time, including your casual track days. If you come out to practice, please work the track a little.
- Blowing of leaves and tree debris. blowing leaves, tree debris and sticks is always needed. be sure to blow these items well outside the race track area and outside the marshalling areas.
- Picking up litter and debris and placing it in or near the garbage cans.
- Setup and Tear-Down is key and everyone must help to keep race-days running on time.
WORK PARTIES are an area we will be building out this year. We will be working with local sponsors and businesses to provide door prizes, and perks for our members who participate in work parties. To make this place better it will take work. Its fun, easy and worth the effort to make this the best dirt RC car race track in the area .
We are a non-profit organization and we have a need to maintain Director Roles, a Track Maintenance Team, Treasurer, Race Directors, and Event Teams. Contact Us if you want to help.
